Generative cell, antipodal and megaspore are haploid structure. Generative cell is produced by pollen grain which is male gametophyte. Antipodals are haploid cell present inside the embyo sac towards the chalazal region. Megaspore is first cell of female gametophyte which is formed by meiosis in mega spore mother cell.
