Initially only Ge will work $i=\frac{15 . 2}{8}\left(V_{0}\right)_{i}=\frac{15 . 2}{8}\times 6$
Finally only Si will work
$i=\frac{14 . 8}{8}\left(V_{0}\right)_{f}=\frac{14 . 8}{8}\times 6$
Change $=\frac{0 . 4}{8}\times 6=0.3V$
