Q. Formaldehyde reacts with ammonia to give :-

Solution:

Formaldehyde is $HCHO$ and ammonia is $NH_{3}$ . In the reaction of these ammonia behaves as a nucleophile and use its four mole with six mole of formaldehyde to from the following product as shown below:
$6HCHO+4\left(NH\right)_{3} \rightarrow \left(CH_{2}\right)_{6}N_{4}+6H_{2}O$
