Solution:

$\lambda^{0}\left( Ba ( OH )_{2}\right)=\lambda^{0}\left( BaCl _{2}\right)+2 \lambda^{0}( NaOH )-2 \lambda^{0}( NaCl )$
$\lambda^{0}\left( Ba ( OH )_{2}\right)=300+2(250)-2(125)$
$\lambda^{0}\left( Ba ( OH )_{2}\right)=300+500-250$
$\lambda^{0}\left( Ba ( OH )_{2}\right)=550 mho cm ^{2} mol ^{-1}$
