$-\frac{1}{4}\frac{d A}{d t}==\frac{1}{2}\frac{d C}{d t}$
$\frac{d C}{d t}=\frac{1}{2}\frac{d A}{d t}=\frac{2 d B}{d t}$
Hence the rate of appearance of C is twice the rate of disappearance of B.
