As from reaction; $ A+2B\xrightarrow{{}}C $ It is clear that 1 mote of reacts with 2 mole of B to from 1 mole of C. $ \therefore $ 4 mole of A will react with $ 2\times 4=8 $ mole of B to from 4 mole of C. Here, B is limiting reagent. 1 mole of A remains unreacted.
