Phyllotaxy is the arrangement of leaves or stem and branches. It is of three types alternate, opposlte and whorled. Alternate phyllotaxy is seen in China rose. Opposite phyllotaxy is seen in Calotropis. Whorled phyllotaxy is seen in Nerium.
