Solution:

Flagella of prokaryotic and eukaryotic species differ in microtubular organisation and type of movement. In eukaryotes, the tubular arrangement is $(9+2)$ and specialised while in prokaryotes the microtubular arrangement is $(9+0)$ and is simple, hence movement is also different.
