In series, total resistance of $5$ resistors $=5\, R$
Power dissipated $=\frac{V^{2}}{5 R}=5$ or $\frac{V^{2}}{R}=25$...(i)
In parallel, total power $=5\left[\frac{V^{2}}{R}\right]$
$=5 \times 25=125\, W$ (Using(i))
