Total number of such arrangements
$=\left({ }^{5} C_{5} \times{ }^{5} P_{5}\right) \times\left({ }^{5} C_{5} \times{ }^{5} P_{5}\right) \times 2 !$
$=5 ! \times 5 ! \times 2 !=120 \times 120 \times 2=28800$
