Solution:

$I=\frac{V}{R_{e q .}}=\frac{10}{5}=2 A$ ;
$V_{A}-V_{B}=I R=2 \times 4=8 V$
$\therefore $ P.D across each capacitor is $4 V$ hence $q =4 \times 3=12 \mu C$
