Male sex organ in Chara is round in structure, called antheridium $(B)$. It lies below the ovate shaped female sex organ called oogonium. Earthworm is bisexual or hermaphrodite organism. $(C)$ shows testis with testis sacs, situated in the tenth and eleventh segments.
