Solution:

Chromatin is composed of DNA and histone proteins. Chromatin is of two types i.e.euchromatin and heterochromatin. In euchromatin, the chromatin fibers are loosely packed and they undergo the process of condensation and decondensation in the cell cycle. They often remain active in transcription(RNA synthesize through DNA). Due to a less compact structure, they show light staining. They try to replicate in the early S phase. So all the above options are correct.
