Solution:

Euchlorine is a rare emerald-green colored sulfate mineral found naturally occurring as a sublimate in fumaroles around volcanic eruptions.
When $KClO_{3}$ is heated with conc. HCl, a mixture of $Cl_{2}$ and $ClO_{2}$ is formed. The mixture is known as euchlorine.
$2KClO_{3}+4HCl \rightarrow 2KCl+2ClO_{2}+Cl_{2}+2H_{2}O$
