Equivalent mass of $KMnO_{4}$ in acidic, basic and neutral medium are 31.6, 158 and 52.6. The ratio will be 3 : 15 : 5.

n-factor of $KMnO_{4}$ in acidic, basic and neutral medium are 5, 1 and 3 respectively.

Acid medium : Basic medium : Neutral medium

$E_{w}=\frac{M_{w}}{5}=\frac{158}{5}$ : $E_{w}=\frac{M_{w}}{1}=\frac{158}{1}=158$ : $E_{w}=\frac{M_{w}}{3}=\frac{158}{3}$
