$=200\text{ }MeV $
$=200\times 1.6\times {{10}^{-13}}J $
$ \therefore $ Fission rate
$=\frac{5\times {{10}^{6}}}{200\times 1.6\times {{10}^{-13}}} $
$=1.56\times {{10}^{17}}/s $
