Solution:

$Ag \rightarrow Ag^{+}\left(L\right)+ \, e^{-}$

$Ag^{+}\left(0.001 \, M\right)+e^{-} \rightarrow Ag$

$Ag^{+}\left(\right.0.001 \, M\left.\right) \rightarrow Ag^{+}\left(\right.L\left.\right)$

$0.6=0-\frac{0.06}{1}log\frac{K_{s p}}{10^{- 2} \times 10^{- 3}}$

$10^{- 10}=\frac{K_{s p}}{10^{- 5}}\Rightarrow K_{s p}=10^{- 15}$
