$V_{2}=\frac{K \left(\frac{3 Q}{4}\right)}{r}+\frac{K \left(\frac{5 Q}{4}\right)}{r}$
$=\frac{K Q}{r}\left(\frac{3}{4} + \frac{5}{4}\right)=\frac{k Q}{r}\left(\frac{8}{4}\right)=\frac{2 K Q}{r}=V$
