In $\left[\mathrm{Mn}_2(\mathrm{CO})_{10}\right]$, there is one $\mathrm{Mn}-\mathrm{Mn}$ bond

Electron present in 2 Mn = 50

Electrons donated by 10 CO = 20

Electrons in one $\text{Mn} - \text{Mn}$ bond = 2

Total electrons = 72

So EAN per $Mn=\frac{72}{2}=36$ .
