Solution:

Ear Ossicles (3 pairs):
(i) Malleus: Outer, largest and hammer shaped, attached to the inner side of ear drum.
(ii) Incus: Middle and anvil shaped. Incus is modified quadrate bone.
(iii) Stapes: Inner, smallest and stirrup shaped. Stapes is attached to the oval window. Stapes is the smallest bone of human body while stapedius is the smallest muscle of human body.
