Solution:

In arm $ ABC $ , resultant resistance $ R={{R}_{1}}+{{R}_{2}}=10+10=20\Omega $ In arm $ ADC $ , resultant resistance $ R\,\,={{R}_{3}}+{{R}_{4}}=10+10=20\Omega $ Resistances $ R $ and $ R\,\, $ are in parallel, $ \therefore $ $ \frac{1}{R}=\frac{1}{R}+\frac{1}{R\,\,}=\frac{1}{20}+\frac{1}{20} $ $ R=10\Omega $ .
