$k =\frac{0.693}{ t _{1 / 2}}$
$=\frac{0.693}{6.93}=0.1 year ^{-1}$
$t =\frac{2.303}{ k } \log \left(\frac{ R _{0}}{ R _{ t }}\right)$
$R _{0}=1 \mu g$
$R _{ t }=1-1 \times \frac{90}{100}$
$=0.1 \mu g$
$=\frac{2.303}{0.1} \log \left(\frac{1}{0.1}\right)$
$=23.03 years$
