Q.
During Calvin cycle the total number of $CO_{2}$, ATP and NADPH molecules utilized and glucose, ADP and NADP generated is
AMUAMU 2012Photosynthesis in Higher Plants
Solution:
In Calvin cycle, we can see that about $6$ molecules of carbon dioxide, $18$ molecules of ATP, and about $12$ molecules of NADPH are utilized and on the other side about $1$ molecule of glucose, $18$ molecules of ADP and $12$ molecules of NADP are generated. So, in total we get about, $6+18+12+1+18+12=67$ molecules.
