Dispersive power
$w =\frac{\delta_{ v }-\delta_{ R }}{\delta_{ y }}=\frac{\left( n _{ v }- n _{ R }\right) A }{\left( n _{ y }-1\right) A} $
$=\frac{ n _{ v }- n _{ R }}{ n _{ y }-1}$
So, it depends only on the material of the prism
