Solution:

Scutellum/cotyledon is situated laterally in monocots. Cotyledons are centrally placed in dicots. Generally dicot have non endospermic seeds while monocots have endospermic seeds. Coleoptile and coleorhiza is the stem tip and root tip in monocots respectively. Dicotyledonous zygote gives rise to a globular heart shaped embryo.
