Q. Current through the ideal diode is
Question

NTA AbhyasNTA Abhyas 2022

Solution:

An ideal diode does not have break down voltage, because the diode offers infinite resistance to reverse voltage, therefore, no current can pass through the junction when the diode is connected in reverse bias mode.
The diode is in reverse bias mode in the given diagram, so it passes zero current.
