Solution:

Copper sulphate when reacts with $KCN$ first gives precipitate of cupric cyanide which reduces into $Cu_2CN_2$ and dissolves in excess of $KCN$ to give soluble $K_{3}\left[Cu\left(CN\right)_{4}\right]$ complex salt.
