unpaired electrons = $2$.
spin only magnetic moment $(\mu) = \sqrt{2(2+2)}$
$ = \sqrt{8} $ B.M
$Ti^{+3} = 1s^2 \; 2s^2 \; 2p^6 \; 3s^2 \; 3p^6 \; 3d^1$
unpaired electrons = 1
$\mu = \sqrt{1(1+2)} = \sqrt{3}$ B.M
$V^{+2} = 1s^2 \; 2s^2 \; 2p^6 \; 3s^2 \; 3p^6 \; 3d^3$
