Solution:

Neopilina is connecting link between Annelida and Mollusca. Annelidian characters are presence of trochophore larva, spiral cleavage in eggs, presence of $5-6$ pairs of ctenidia, $6$ pairs of nephridia, $8$ pairs of retracter muscles and two pairs of auricles. Molluscan characters are presence of shell and mantle, presence of flat muscular foot as found in chiton, and soft and dorsoventrally flattened body. Glochidium and Veliger are larval form of molluscs.
