Solution:

Chasmogamous means the flowers that bloom. Cleistogamous means the flowers that do not open at all. This way only the pollen grains of the same flower will pollinate the flower. So is a device for self-pollination. Viola (Common pansy), Oxalis and Commelina produce chasmogamous as well cleistogamous flowers.
