Q.
Column I Column II
A image p Lieberman's nitroso reaction
B image q Evolution of $N _2$ with $HNO _2$
C image r Dye test
D image s Green colour with $HNO _2$
t Carbylamine test

Amines

Solution:

$(a \rightarrow q , t ) 1^{\circ}$ aliphatic amine with $HNO _2$ gives alcohol and $N _2$ and also gives carbylamine test
$( b \rightarrow r , t ) 1^{\circ}$ aromatic amine gives dye test and also gives carbylamine test
$( c \rightarrow p ) 2^{\circ}$ aromatic gives $N$-nitroso compound with $HNO _2$, which gives Liebermann's nitroso reaction
$( d \rightarrow s ) 3^{\circ}$ aromatic gives $p$-nitroso compound which is green in colour
