Solution:

$C_{4}$ plants show kranz anatomy in which the mesophyll chloroplast differs from the bundle sheath chloroplast. Initial carboxylation reaction occurs in mesophyll cell catalyzed by PEPcase enzyme and the initial CO2 acceptor is 3 carbon compound PEP (phosphoenolpyruvate).
