Solution:

In closed vascular bundle cambium is absent between xylem and phloem. Ground tissue, conjunctive tissue is pith is present in stele. Stele is the arrangement of V.B. If xylem is outside it is exarch & if xylem is inside or below the phloem it is endarch.
