Solution:

In a nephron, PCT has cuboidal epithelium with microvilli (brush border). Hence there is maximum absorption at PCT. DCT has cuboidal epithelium without microvilli, Bowman's capsule has squamous epithelium and Glomerulus is a tuft of fenestrated capillaries with squamous epithelium.
