Solution:

The alpha interferon are given to the cancer patients to activate their immune system. Interferons are synthesised by the human cells which are attacked by viruses. These low molecular weight proteins can stimulate T-cells and other immune cells to attack the cancer cells.
Histamines are secreted by the mast cells of the loose connective tissue. This, along with IgE is involved in allergic response.
Interleukins are a type of cytokines which are one of the components of innate immunity. This comprises the second line of defence.
Morphine is an opiate family drug, which is used to relieve pain.
