Solution:

Lymphoma and leukaemia are two types of cancer found in Haematopoietic region (bone marrow) of the body.
The lymphoma starts in lymphocytes which are the immune cells like B and T cells. The lymphoma is of two types — Non-Hodgkin and Hodgkin lymphoma.
Leukaemia begins in blood-forming cells in bone marrow like leukocytes. It is the cancer of white blood cells. The number of WBCs increases in this type of cancer and exceeds than the red blood cells and platelets.
Whereas carcinoma refers to a category of types of cancer that develops from epithelial tissues.
