Given $c =3 \times 10^{8} m / \sec$
$v =5 \times 10^{16}$ cycles $/ \sec$
$=$ ?
We know that
$\overline{ v }=\frac{ v }{ c }=\frac{5 \times 10^{16}}{3 \times 10^{8}}$
$=1.666 \times 10^{8} m ^{-1}$
