Solution:

Standard molar volume is the volume occupied by $1$ mole of a gas at STP

$0.1784 \,g$ of He occupies volume $=1 \,L$

$\therefore 4 \,g$ ( i.e. 1 mole ) of He occupies the volume

$=\frac{4}{0.1784}=22.4\, L$
