Mass of free proton $=1.007825$ a.m.u

Mass of free neutron $=1.008665$ a.m.u

Mass of helium nucleus $=4.002800$ a.m.u

$1 a \cdot m \cdot u =931.5 Mev$

Solution:

$\Delta m =2 \times 1.007825+2 \times 1.008665-4.002800$
$=4.03298-4.002800$
$=0.03018 amu$
Binding energy $=\Delta m \times 931.5 Mev$
$=0.03018 \times 931.5=28.1 Mev $
