Solution:

According to Boyle's Law :
$P_{1}V_{1}=P_{2}V_{2}$
$PV=P^{′}\times \frac{90 V}{100},\frac{P^{′}}{P}=\frac{10}{9}$
$\frac{P^{′} - P}{P}\times 100=\left(\frac{10}{9} - 1\right)\times 100=\frac{100}{9}=11.1\%$
