$\because C=\sqrt{\frac{3RT}{M}}$
$\left(1930\right)^{2}=\frac{3\times8.314\times300}{M}$
$M=\frac{3\times8.314\times300}{1930\times1930} \approx2\times10^{-3}\,kg$
The gas is $H_{2}.$
