$C=\sqrt{\frac{3 P V}{M}}$
$=\sqrt{\frac{3 \times 24 \times 10^{5} \times 10 \times 1000}{20}} cms ^{-1}$
$=6 \times 10^{4} cms ^{-1}=600\, ms ^{-1}$
