$\left[ Ag ^{2+}\right]\left[ CO _{3}^{2-}\right] K _{ sp }=4 \times 10^{-13}$

$(2 s)^{2} \times 0.1=4 \times 10^{-13}$

$(2 s)^{2}=4 \times 10^{-12}$

$2 s=2 \times 10^{-6}$

$s=1 \times 10^{-6} \,M$
