Reason : Guttation takes place at night only.

Transport in Plants

Solution:

Guttation takes place through special structures called hydathodes, that are usually found on the margins and tips of the leaves. Common examples are found in garden nasturtium, oat and other cereals, balsam, tomato, cucurbits. Guttation usually occurs during periods of active growth when conditions favour more water absorption and less transpiration. Guttation takes place either at night or early in the morning.
