Q. Assertion : The de-Broglie wavelength equation has significance for any microscopic and submicroscopic particles.
Reason :de-Broglie wavelength is inversely proportional to the mass of the object its velocity is constant.

AIIMSAIIMS 2013

Solution:

As de-Broglie wavelength, $\lambda=\frac{h}{m v}$
So tor constant velocity ${\lambda} \propto \frac{1}{m}$
So, lesser will be the mass greater will be its de-Broglie wavelength.
