Q. Assertion: If $A(-2,-1), B(4,0), C(3,3)$ and $D(-3,2)$ are the vertices of a parallelogram, then mid-point of $AC =$ Mid-point of $BD$
Reason: The points $A , B$ and $C$ are collinear $\Leftrightarrow$ Area of $\Delta ABC =0$

Straight Lines

Solution:

Mid-point of $AC =\left(\frac{1}{2}, \frac{2}{2}\right)$
$=\left(\frac{1}{2}, 1\right)$
Mid-point of $BD =\left(\frac{1}{2}, 1\right)$
