Q. Assertion: DNA code is copied in the synthesis of mRNA. Reason: tRNA moves out of nucleus and after attaching on ribosomes form the template.

Solution:

Transcription, involving transfer of genetic information from DNA to mRNA. Transcription occurs in nucleus from where mRNA moves towards ribosome in cytoplasm for translation. The translation of protein synthesis involves translation of the language of nucleic acid (ie, mRNA) into language of proteins.
