Solution:

Cell wall is outermost covering all plant cell. It is present above the plasma membrane. It is composed of cellulose (green plant) hemicellulose pectin, etc. Fungal cell wall is made up of chitin. It provide rigidity to plant cell.
Cell walls absent in animal cells, have outermost covering is cell membrane (plasma membrane) which is selectively permeable and lipoproteinacious in nature.
