Q. Assertion (A) Linear momentum of a body changes even when it is moving uniformly in a circle.
Reason (R) In uniform circular motion velocity remains constant.

AIIMSAIIMS 2016

Solution:

In uniform circular motion, the direction of motion changes, continously therefore velocity changes. As $P=m v$ therefore momentum of a body also changes in uniform circular motion.
