Solution:
To complete the full circle, the minimum velocity at the bottom should be $v=\sqrt{5 R g}$ where $R$ is the radius of circle.
Using mechanical energy conservation,
$mgh=\frac{1}{2}mv^{2}$
$h=\frac{1}{2}\frac{v^{2}}{g}=\frac{5 R g}{2 g}=\frac{5}{2}R$
$R=\frac{2}{5}\times h=\frac{2}{5}\times 5=2metre$
